Product Quality


Anna Lewis Cakes is registered with Woking Borough council with a 5-star hygiene rating and we have public liability insurance as well as the required level 2 food safety & hygiene certificate which complies with current UK/EU regulations.

All products are made in my home studio kitchen therefore I can not ensure the products to be free of any allergens. Each product will come with it's own allergen information however, If you suffer with any allergies, we advise that you do not risk consuming our product.

Payment must be made in full to secure your order. 

Shipping Policy

Some of our products may be posted. Please refer to the shipping information on each product for specific delivery details.

Please ensure you enter the address you would like the product to be shipped to. I can accept no responsibility for any delays incurred due to delays with the postal service and you will be provided with a tracking code when your order has shipped.

Local Collection

Products are available for collection Thursday - Friday (10am - 3pm) from Knaphill, Surrey. Please specify the date you would like to collect your product when ordering and you contact us ASAP if you cannot collect on your chosen date or time so that we can rearrange your collection. Should you delay collecting your order, please note that the product's quality may subsequently be affected and no refund or replacement will be offered.

Returns & Exchanges

I'd be really disappointed to hear you were not completely satisfied with your product so if this is the case please do not hesitate to get in contact with me. Refunds/replacement order (to the same value) will be offered in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving it to be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Any order cancelled within 7 days before the collection/requested date, will not be refunded. This is to cover costs of materials and time used in preparation for your order. Refunds prior to this date will be made via the same payment method.


Amendments to orders may be made up to 7 days before the collection/requested date. Please be advised that you may not be able to amend your collection/requested date if I have limited availability. Please get in touch to discuss.

During the pandemic for Covid-19, I am offering socially distanced collection (in line with Covid Guidelines) and I am still visiting the Post Office for postal orders daily so your order should be unaffected.
