What makes our cakes special
At Anna Lewis Luxury Cakes the flavour of your cake is just as important as how beautiful it looks which is why we are so passionate about our flavours and ingredients. We aim to produce interesting and delicious, unique flavours for our clients and all of our cakes are made fresh to order using only the best ingredients sourced from local suppliers where feasible including high quality butter, free range local eggs, finest Belgian Chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla and seasonal fruit where possible. We've selected our flavour menu based on our most popular cakes but if there's something you'd like but can't see on our menu please get in touch.
Each of our cakes contain four layers of delicate sponge interspersed with three generous layers of filling. Each cake is at least 5 inches deep and coated in a layer of indulgent white chocolate ganache and then a fine layer of luxury Swiss fondant icing with sharp, crisp edges. Seasonally, we also offer semi-iced buttercream cakes which works well for a more informal wedding.
Allergen Information: All of our products are made in a kitchen which uses nuts. All of our macarons contain nuts, eggs and dairy.
Availability: Due to the seasonality and availability of ingredients some flavours may not be available at all times.
Please note we have a minimum order value of £350 for wedding cakes and dessert tables.
